STEP 1: Assessment

We take a full assessment in order to put together the most effective treatment plan for your specific goals.

STEP 2: Cupping & Stretch

We will utilize cupping, stretching and other modalities in efforts to make sure we reach your goal.

STEP 3: Aftercare

I provide a customized stretch plan, so you can continue working towards your goal in between appointments.

ONE: Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
